Artist's Comments

...To laugh like a brook as it trips and falls over stones on its way..., The Sound of Music. That damn song has been in my head since I started working on this photo!

Another shot the river up from Nosworthy Bridge near Burrator Reservoir. I took half a dozen of this scene, adjusting the CPL with each shot, and this was my favourite. The only thing that I wasn't too happy with was the over-bright sky; the sky was at about 2 o'clock to me, so the top part of the bank was a bit over-exposed too and needed burning in PSP10 to develop the green vegetation better. I could've saved hassle if I'd had a GND fitted but I'd left it at home...

...God I find this description boring. Oh well, I hope you like the photo.

It can't rain all the time... but in Cornwall it'll have a bloody good go!

I think this one it's near Hobbit's land... so beautiful!! did u try moving a bit the curves in photoshop to make the sky a bit darker?

Those pretty, well disciplined, chaste girls who don't listen to others...
It's no wonder that they are eaten by wolves...

No, I haven't mucked about with curves since Memory of Warmer Times. I'll give it a go and see how it turns out.

I'm really glad you like this one

I've been lucky lately as I have been shooting a lot of waterfalls in rainforest areas where you hardly see the sky:-)
